Volunteer Opportunity: Monthly Spring Trail Improvement
Join the Friends of White Clay Creek Preserve for monthly spring trail improvements, battling invasive plants on March 8th, April 12th, and May 10th, 9 AM to noon. Volunteers are needed to pull and cut invasive species. Pre-register by emailing vicechair@friendsofpawccp.org. Bring water, tools (or use provided ones), sturdy shoes, long pants, gloves, and eye protection.

Pennsylvania’s spring wildflowers face threat from invasive Lesser Celandine. A survey, March 1st-April 30th, seeks public help to map this plant. Training webinar on February 27th will teach identification and reporting through iMapInvasives.
